Beau Giannini, Ph.D.
Beau leads VitaeMaxx alongside Pavel, bringing the commercial and technology-management side of the Ternary Intelligence methodology to the job search. His background sits at the intersection of complex-systems research, technology management, and the entrepreneurial work of turning scientific methods into products people actually use.
At Ternary Intelligence, Beau is responsible for translating cross-disciplinary research into structured, repeatable engagements — the same instinct that shapes how VitaeMaxx runs. He runs intake, opportunity review, plan delivery, and the negotiation and positioning work that comes after an offer arrives.
Pavel Paramonov, Ph.D.
Pavel leads the science and technology side of Ternary Intelligence, with a background in computational physics and complex-systems research. The same methods used at Ternary Intelligence to detect universal patterns in financial markets are what let VitaeMaxx surface opportunities that are uniquely tailored to a candidate.
In an engagement, Pavel owns profile structuring and the data-driven sweep that produces each candidate's tailored opportunities. Every recommendation, every dependency, every prerequisite is traceable to evidence captured and weighted in a structured way.

Why VitaeMaxx exists
VitaeMaxx started in response to a large number of international students requesting our help to enter the US job market. What began as informal coaching became a structured methodology — the same cross-disciplinary approach we apply at Ternary Intelligence, adapted for the job search.
