VitaeMaxx (“we”) collects the information you provide through the application form — name, email, LinkedIn URL, search context, work authorization, runway, and the free-response fields — for the sole purpose of evaluating your application and, if accepted, delivering your Core Engagement.

We do not sell your data. We do not share it with third parties other than the subprocessors required to run our site and email (e.g., hosting, form delivery). Anonymized, aggregated patterns from engagements inform how we improve the method.
