The five training sessions

Five training sessions, thirty days

Training session 1

Intake

We map your search end-to-end: target geography in the US, target roles, target company size, visa constraints, runway. We review your resume, LinkedIn, and existing network. Everything that follows is calibrated against what we learn here.

Training sessions 2–5

25 tailored opportunities each session

At each training session you will receive 25 companies that recently posted relevant openings. You'll review each one to see if it's attractive to you and if so, we will provide you with:

  • A resume tailored to that specific opening
  • A tailored cover letter
  • A competitive analysis showing how your profile compares to likely candidates
  • Specific, near-term action items to increase your odds for that role

You review and rank each set of 25. Your rankings recalibrate the next training session, so the matches sharpen as we go.

What you walk away with

At the end of thirty days you will have optimized your personal brand profile and figured out how to leverage your existing network while developing even more leads. You will also have 100+ tailored job opportunities along with customized materials allowing you to apply and have the best chances of being seriously considered for the roles.
